Roles and Responsibilities for Electrical O&M (Operation & Maintenance):

Equipment Operation:

Operate and monitor electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, generators, and motors.
Ensure the efficient performance of electrical systems, including voltage control and load management.

Routine Maintenance:

Schedule and perform regular inspections of electrical systems and machinery.
Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Diagnose and repair electrical issues in equipment, cables, and systems.
Handle electrical faults and malfunctions in a timely and safe manner.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards and government regulations.
